I'm afraid our experience at breakfast was not great. Restaurant was very quiet but the service was disappointing from start to finish. None of the covid changes were explained and while we knew there would of course be some, I would not visit again until restrictions lift. There was apparently a breakfast bar which our waitress told us she would return to take us to before our cooked breakfast arrived. This never happened! A minute after being seated a plate of toast was put on our table that we hadn't asked for. By the time our food arrived around 20 mins later the toast was stone cold. After ordering cooked food we waited and waited for the waitress to return yo take us to the buffet, but our food arrived at the table before the waitress returned. Our drinks order was wrong and our cooked food order was wrong, we sent one plate back to the kitchen only for it to be scrapped off the plate another and returned with the remnants of beans that I had not ordered still on my plate. When we pointed out that this had happened the plate was taken away again but the others in the group were already half way through theirs before mine arrived back at the table for the third time. We usually get good food here so we were really dissatisfied with the visit and service overall. Will not return in a hurry.
