The rooms are modern and comfortable. There is an excellent range and quality of breakfasts - all cooked perfectly to order. The owners are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome throughout our 3 night stay. We would definitely be happy to stay here again when next in the area.

Had been looking for accommodation for our road cycling group. Robert & Maxine were so helpful and importantly they had a newly refurbished garage securely locked for the bikes. Think all the rooms have been redecorated. Good location and we could walk into town. Highly recommended.

Clean, newly refurbished throughout, comfortable though small, room. Hot water a bit hit and miss. Walking distance of the town centre. Parking on street but permits provided by the B/B. Good full breakfast cooked to order. Owner and staff friendly and helpful.

Chosen as a base for exploring Norwich on foot: good choice!

Marlborough Guest House which has been in the same family for years has recently been totally refurbished. Although situated in a pretty uninspiring road, it has the benefit of being within easy walking distance of the main attractions (cathedral & castle) and you are given a parking permit for free on-road parking. Our room was spotlessly clean and very quiet (15 at the back of the house) overlooking a nice little sun trap of a paved garden. Cooked breakfast is made to order, good quality and of generous size. This isn't a luxury hotel but its great value and does its job well.

Room tip: 15 at the back is quiet
