very good size for a short walk, going to be nice later when flower beds grow more and trees start to blossom, but still enjoyed it now, clean park, gravelled path perfect for any weather, lots of fields and green space to have picnic or for children to play

Visited today as family of 4 for a late lunch. Decor of flowers is fantastic especially the ceilings. Cafe soon filled up as we arrive in the sunshine. Food ordered easily and came within 10 mins. Hot , tasty and politely served with a smile. Good choice of meals and scrum my cakes, plus delicious ice cream. Lovely to see this marvellous building brought back to life. Well done

Met with two friends. I had spinach and mushrooms on toast which was very reasonably priced. The other two had a sausage roll and cake which were demolished in no time! I was going to try a rum and raisin ice cream, however there were large fragments of cones scattered over the various flavours and it was apparent that the scoop had not been rinsed between varieties resulting in mixed colours in the ice creams on offer. Nevertheless I shall return and still intend to get that rum and raisin ice cream but, hopefully, minus the additional colouring/ flavours!

Seen the cafe advertised in local paper so paid a visit. The place was very clean and light and the meals reasonable priced. 2 courses for £6 with a good selection. The portions were also good for the price we paid. The only downside was the amount of dogs in the cafe personally I don't think dogs should be allowed where food is being served

Fantastic food, nice and hot , very clean , polite staff and as soon as tables were empty there were always more customers to fill the tables up. The staff there must be very proud of how much a success this is for them.
