Lots of fun, with views down onto the roof tops of London in all directions. We found it helped up work out where were, where we had been and orientate ourselves. Top tip: bring your own binoculars to watch the workmen on nearby buildings! Fascinating to watch nearby skyscrapers under construction.

I know that it's called the Sky Garden, but I didn't think there was actually a garden up there, but there is and it is a rather beautiful one. Most people go there for the view and it is pretty spectacular. We went on a very wet day, when you weren't allowed to go on the terrace, but it was still good. There are a couple of bars/cafes there, but there are quite expensive. My only criticism is the toilets. There are 7 enclosed toilets for men and women, which is not really enough for the amount of people in the Sky Garden. As the sinks are in the toilet cubicles, that takes up more time and means the queue to the toilets is long. If only they had put the sinks outside, it would have halved the waiting time. Also when I was there, the disabled toilet was out of action. Too bad if you're in a wheelchair and want to use the facilities.

This will be definitely one of your highlights during your trip to London. Located on a very central spot (next to London Bridge) you have a 360 degrees view over the city. Every big building will appear and on the windows they will tell you what you are supposed to see. Enjoy the view from the balcony and have a drink in the top floor garden. We spend around 2 hours there just enjoying the view while drinking a beer.

Amazing place to spend a couple of hours. You need to book in advance but it is free of charge. There is bar and restaurant. Absolutely amazing views.

You have to pre-book entrance in advance and make sure you have your ID with you as there are high standard security checks. The view is astonishing! you can see Canary Wharf and the West End. Fantastic views!
