My wife and our grand daughter returned for our 7 day Easter break.
Our warm welcome quickly provided us with our 6th floor family room and we were able to book in early to get out into the cold damp weather.
We had breakfast included in the trip and on 2 occasions upgraded to the dinner meal without any problem.
Kids breakfasts are free with paying adult(S) and as they are buffet style you are guaranteed to make sure you can eat as much or as little as you choose.
The choice at evening meal is excellent value and includes a drink either soft or alcoholic.
The buffet breakfast items were all quickly replenished except the cranberry which is our favourite and was empty for 2 days!!
Special mention for her cheery greeting each morning and service throughout the day is for Tiziana well done.
The winter chill certainly could have put people off but the hotel was very full whilst we were there.
This is an ideal hotel base close to the London Eye and South bank.
The 139 bus service from nearby Waterloo station is a 24 hours service so the choice of walking into Regent Street/Trafalgar Square or Covent Gardens was an easy option.
This was our second visit and we will return without hesitation on our next visit.

Good location! Nice beds and calm during nights. Heard nothing from the traffic outsida. MAybe a few ambulances but that was it. Ate no meals at the resturant. The restaurant looked boring but maybe the food was good?

I have stayed here on several occasions and will do so again.
Good Points: Big comfy beds. Quiet Rooms. Very Clean. Courteous and Cheerful Staff. Excellent Buffet Breakfast with very wide choice indeed.
Bad Points: Not enough tea, coffee and sugar supplied, so if you like a cuppa in your room take your own tea bags, coffee & sugar. We are not impressed with their evening meals so eat at the nearby Slug and Lettuce within walking distance.
Good Points outweigh the Bad Points. It is very good value for money and in an excellent location.

Room Tip: 305 is a good sized room, actually has hand rails etc if needed. It has good views too.
