This was out first weekend away since covid after checking in we realised our room had some dirt on bed, would normally not say anying but due to covid was more cautious expressed this to staff, they called house keeping straight away and had room cleaned . Was a bit unhappy with room floor as I requested high floor and was given 7 th floor out of the 14 floors, after requesting floor change with Marcin one of the mangers he gave us an amazing bedroom the following night on floor 13 with breath takeing views. Have recommended this hotel to family and friends and will definitely be coming back for our anniversary as a couple stay so we can enjoy the spa and pool facilities which was very clean and relaxing
Thank you very much to all of leanardo tower bridge staff so friendly and welcoming special appreciation to Marcin

We booked the for the Bank Holiday weekend for a belated anniversary, this was our first time at this hotel and it will certainly won’t be our last!!!!

We found the whole experience great, especially on such a busy weekend, with the staff working extremely hard to ensure that things ran smoothly. The room was spotless and modern with good views of the city and Tower Bridge. The Rooms Division Manger ‘Samir Dewan’ was the stand out person though, who made our entire weekend.

As it was our belated anniversary, my wife had approached the hotel to request a room with a nice view, Samir personally called her back, on his day off, to discuss the request. Samir made it his mission to personally greet us on arrival, and from that point forward, made us special throughout, to the point of having a cake made for our arrival and the room kitted out with balloons and banners. His passion for attention to detail, coupled with his caring nature for guests meant that we we made to feel special throughout our entire stay.

Samir, my friend you are an amazing guy, a credit to the hotel and company and biggest reason for us booking again soon.

I booked this hotel via Secret Escapes with 3 friends. We were told check in would be 3pm but we arrived at 1pm and were happy to learn our rooms were ready. Check in was very smooth and quick.

The rooms were beautiful - 2 huge beds in each room, large TV, Nespresso coffee machine, tea/ coffee facilities and decent sized bathroom with separate shower & bath.

A three course dinner plus wine was included with our package. The restaurant was very stylish, modern and spacious and our waitress was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The food was very nice, as was the wine!

The breakfast was very good, lots of choice; full English, fresh fruit, granola, pastries, fruit juice and coffee machine.

Over all, very Covid safe

The only thing which let the hotel down was the pool area. We were surprised to learn that there was no booking system which allowed you to book a certain time slot, as other hotels I have visited recently have this in place to maintain social distancing. Unfortunately the pool area was extremely busy, loud and very messy. There were only 10 sun loungers, every bed had been reserved by a towel but nobody seemed to be actually using them. There was no seating, other than the "out of order" foot spa area. There were signs everywhere saying 4 people max in the jacuzzi, steam room etc but it was a complete "free for all" and nobody was adhering to the rules because it was so busy in there. Social distancing went out of the window. There didn't seem to be any staff members around to control the situation. To make matters worse, the pool was freezing, so there was literally nowhere to go. This was not at all the relaxing break we had in mind. We only stayed 10 minutes and left feeling extremely deflated and disappointed. Such a shame because the rest of the hotel was perfect, and this really let it down.
