Once a year my family visits London, and uses Kensington Garden Hotel as our hotel! The hotel is located just a few stops from Oxford street. The rooms are great if you are on a shopping holiday, but also comfortable. Looking forward to next visit!

This elegant and confortable hotel is situated in lively Kensington area very close to Earl's Court tube station - but on a peaceful side street. Me and my teenager enjoyed our stay very much.

Breakfast is continental, but eggs etc are available for extra charge.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in August and really liked it. Great value and we liked the location. Quick walk to the tube and bus stops. Quick walk to Kensington Palace and gardens. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. You will have to utilize the Phoenix Hotel next door for let pickup at times, but this never felt like a burden to us.

This hotel runs in conjunction with the Phoenix Hotel, a few doors away. So you check in and out, and get in late at night, via Phoenix.
Rooms a rather tiny, but have decent bathrooms, and are clean and in good repair.
Small, but good value.

Great location, very quiet, and reasonably priced with easy access to the Bayswater tube. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave me exactly the room I wanted. The free wifi was also excellent. Thank you for a great visit!

Room tip: higher floor and I love walking stairs but it you prefer not to, then a lower floor
