I do feel that the location of this hotel is excellent. 1 minute walk from the station is a big big plus specially when you carry heavy luggage. The room was given to us even when we arrived much earlier than expected. Staffs were friendly with a street smart sense as well. Sometimes the friendliness was a bit overkill with three people standing by to open the hotel front door.
Rooms are quite good and in good size, Bed was comfortable & TV was good size also.

We were a bit shocked when all sudden out of cold water in our first afternoon in this hotel. Again we found out that there was a engineering staff inside our room when we finished our afternoon shopping coming back. Both cases were quite strange for out experiences.

We were disappointed with our five days breakfast buffet experiences were almost the same. Security was also kind of casual with only mentioned your room number to get your breakfast. No other checking was required???
Cappuccino and latte could be ordered. If not you got filter coffee or tea. I just wish that the chef can change a little scrambled eggs (omelet?), sausage (other sausage?), mushroom, harsh brown (more crispy?)......serve staff kept popping up your toast when you waited for your toast (reminder not to burn it, we understood!)

Overall, you got good value for this best located hotel.

Had a wonderful six-day stay here. Lovely rooms with super modern but classic looking bathrooms, very comfortable beds and nice extra space for a writing desk and chair. Tall windows with sound from outside well blocked but loads of light coming in when you want it. Housekeeping was very attentive and we had room service several times which was perfect. The neighborhood is unbeatable - -right across the street from the Tube, and easy access to Boots, convenience stores, grocery, post office, pubs, and bakeries all within 1 minute of the door. Doormen were attentive and kind. We didn't use the concierge but other guests we talked to did, and had great experiences. Spent several late evenings in the bar - -nice tapas style snacks and super bartenders. High end feel to the bar and attached restaurant, Olives. Great stay! Didn't want to leave.

Room Tip: As for a top floor and a view -- we had this and were pleased with the noise level and view.

Excellent hotel with new renovation. I had booked a luxury room with lounge access and was cheerfully asked by reception staff if I wanted to upgrade to a junior suite for £30 a night extra which I did. It was a huge, quiet room. The reception staff, Andrei and Sara were excellent - lovely people. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel appeared family friendly based on the number of families at breakfast. Located just across the road from Gloucester Rd station so very accessible to central London, Heathrow. Will come again.

Room Tip: Room did not face Gloucester Rd or station

Only a one night stay but decent sized room with good amenities. Inc sky tv which is rare these days. Great for South Kensington and short walk to the kings rd! Cannot comment on food but looked good when we were having a drink in the bar

We had a lovely stay at the Bailey's Hotel. We were greeted by Gary the moment we walked in the front door from a very long flight and he was wonderful!!! He gave so many recommendations and suggestions. Helped make everything so easy. Thank you Gary and Bailey's hotel for a wonderful trip back to London. Can't wait to come back. Loved that they were directly across from the Gloucester Tube. Perfect location for the tube and sight seeing. Paula

Room Tip: We had a class double for two people.
