Very little in the menu for vegetarians but the dude was unfazed. Spoke this the chef and delivered a delicious Portobello mushroom burger and fries cooked with love...hit the spot!

Well done Pullman restaurant team, would stay here again just for the food and service!

Had an excellent stay! The rooms were lovely and clean. The food and drinks at the restaurant were also great. A special thanks to Kait for the great service. Perfect location for getting around London. Would definitely stay again!

First time we have stayed at this hotel, and looking at the location we thought it would be great. Oh how wrong we were!
We arrived at around 6pm..... reception had 2 people working slowly at booking people in, with the check-in queue slowly growing in length out of the door. Eventually, some 20-25 minutes later we were finally graced with our room keys, and into the lift we went.
Opened the door to the room to find towels all over the place, empty water bottles discarded without a care and a bed that looked like whoever was in it had only just left! Back to reception we go, to be greeted with a very soft "sorry about that" and given a new room swiftly. Tidy enough room, does what we wanted it for.
Breakfast was a return to the British tradition of forming a very long queue! We eventually jumped to the front as there was only 2 of us. The selection was good, but we had finished by the time the tea and coffee we ordered on being seated arrived! Nothing special really, but a good choice overall.
Check-out meant another queue. Obviously paying over £400 for a room for the night means you have to wait for stuff! Took 10 minutes just to be told that I didn't owe anything - something I already knew!
Really not impressed with this place, and won't be rushing to go back there again.

It is most distressing to read of your experience had with us at Pullman London St Pancras.
Let me first offer our sincere regret and apologies once again for the experience had on check-in. It was an error made on our behalf which is a very rare occurrence here. We are glad to read you enjoyed your 2nd room.
Over the weekend we experienced an unexpected higher than normal occupancy during not just our breakfast time, but throughout the Hotel which caused a delay generally efficient and warm service.
Our team aims to provide only the best possible service for our valued guests and it is truly disappointing to read that your entire experience saw you waiting.
In future, I would most certainly take advantage of ACCOR's online check in and check out service, offered to provide efficiency in these two areas meaning more time for experince our generally warmly welcomed hospitality and passionate engaging service.
Ed R, we do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more memorable stay in the future however for now we wish you only the best possible travelling experiences moving forward.
