Loved the overall experience of Tower of London. Took a guided tour - was pretty much worth if not much; got to know some of the horrifying stories of past. Loved the crown jewel section - cant believe its all real! The section on armoury was another fascinating thing to watch - you take a small trip to the Game of Thrones kind of warriors and weapons.

Nice place. We purchase the audio guide and my only complaint is that they only had 1 person giving out the units and people were yelling at her. I felt terrible for the employee. Jewels were nice to see and the audio guide was very helpful.

Very interesting half day to visit the Tower, Chapel and other buildings and pathways. Public tours with highly entertaining speakers who wind through the Tower enclave.

This is a no miss place in London, SO BRITISH and SO FULL of HISTORY, is a place you and your family will enjoy . The most important? the Crown Jewels... A good tip of an amazing experience, take the Public Transportation Boat, from Westminister piers to the Tower Pier, it will cost you 6.5 Pounds only, you will enjoy the river, and then land in the Tower for a great visit... Just fantastic. For families, buy the special Family Ticket, is the most convenient option.

I took a visiting American friend to the Tower and we were overwhelmed by the sense of history that seems to seep from the stones. It is a very somber place when you think of the number of people who lost their lives there. The Beefeater are very interesting and the White Tower full of fascinating heraldry, including suits of armour for horses. A must see for visitors to London.
