The food here is unbelievably good. So is the service, and the view.
I particularly recommend the dim sum, followed by the scallops and king prawns.
The prices are a little steep, but it is definitely worth it. I have rarely had better Chinese food, including in Beijing and Shanghai.

On our last stay at The Royal Garden Hotel we did not have time to eat at Min Jiang so we made a point of it on this visit.
From the moment we stepped out of the lift we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
We chose set menu No 3 and every course was delicious especially the Dim Sum, the Beijing Duck and the beef in Mongolian Sauce.
All this as well as the panoramic view of London over Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park must surely make this one of the best restaurants in London.

Have dined here about 5 times and yesterday we visited after about a year.
We felt that the standard of what we usually get isn't there anymore. Food was ok but not outstanding. Service was ok.

The food here never disappoints! Just really nicely cooked, well seasoned, and the vegetarian crispy duck is yum! But the view is to die for - and autumn with a sea of gold red and brown in Hyde park and at sunset is really special.

Went for Chinese New Year booked well ahead and ordered the whole Beijing duck which I seem to do always as it’s the best in London with the bonus of the chef carving the bird at your table
As are all the dishes just very good
The atmosphere is always good and service just lovely
The view is not bad either!
