This hotel is stunning, I have stayed here many times before and this stay was as good as the rest of them, location is brilliant with loads of bars, restaurants and the Liverpool One shopping centre all within a stones throw from the hotel, the staff were excellent as always and very pleasant. The rooms are huge with lots of space, yes it's not the brightest place at night but it's a grade 2 listed building (an old bank I believe) and to modernise it would completely ruin the feel of the place. If you need a bed for the night this is your place, I look forward to coming back again soon! Room 201 pictures attached

After staying in many of the Liverpool hotels we thought we would give 62 castle a try. From the moment we went we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It ideally placed for shopping and eateries. We loved our stay, the room was amazing and would just like to say the staff were lovely especially Kerry. We will be back.

Close to Liverpool 1 shopping centre and car par, close to Beatles quarter, close to the Docks visitor attractions. Good sized rooms and bathrooms and nicely designed. Very helpful staff. Concessionary rate for q Park at Liverpool 1 which is a short walk away. My third visit to this hotel.
There is no restaurant or bar at this hotel, but there is tea and coffee in the room and plenty of local bars and restaurants just a few steps away.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room because this is right in then City Centre and there are noisy trucks delivering goods early in the mornings.

Sadly I can't recommend this hotel. I was really looking forward to our stay but things got weird when the reception staff asked me to pay a '£100 holding deposit' on the room. I had already paid the full cost of my room so this struck me as odd. They are treating their customers as dodgy rental tenants rather guests. You have to sign a form to say you won't damage the room (but you get no copy/proof that you have paid this deposit - extremely dodgy). It left a very sour taste, unfortunately and we felt uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. The room was huge and lovely, but not particularly clean. I get the feeling this place has sadly been taken over by dodgy owners. I recommend The Nadler instead.

After an easy check in I was very pleased with what I found when I entered my room.

An excellent size room with a huge bed and pleasant sitting area.

Overall a great hotel in a great location. I will stay again

My only negative would be the lack of a Bar and or restaurant. But in this area there is no of places to eat and drink
