“Poor service, poor food, poor choice”

I'll keep this short - although it was not busy, I had to queue for about 15 minutes because there was only one bartender taking orders and when I got to my table it was filthy and hadn't been cleaned. When the food arrived the girl serving saw that the table was dirty but did not clean it or offer to have it cleaned. There were no condiments on the table and she just walked off without fetching them. The food itself was on the cold side of warm as if it had been sitting waiting for pick up for a while. Probably the worst service I've had in a while and to charge £13.95 for barely warm food is a disgrace. Their slogan reads "famous for our burgers" well not in good way are they famous. I will not eat here again and would advise others to give this place a very wide berth.

£6.10 for a pint!

The staff do not clean tables , if you are lucky after a couple of hours empty glasses are collected. The tables are not wiped. The girls behind the serving area talk to each other whilst taking your order.

The food is a rip off £47 for a sandwich a burger and 2 drinks (which is in an airport so to be expected, if the place was clean and service ok it would be passable).

Liverpool Airport you are better than this please sort it out.

It is the biggest restaurant in the airport but suffers from loud, lousy music, poor service and of course the inevitable English tradition of a queue where sou order and carry your own, overfilled and wet drinks, py and place your order. You need to be two since one needs to keep the table since they ask you for your table number when you order. Of course you could leave your luggage at your table to reserve whilst you queue but would it be there when you finally get served? The bar service is OK as long as you understand their version of English.
The staff are all young and certainly never trained in customer service of any kind. The foos is OK sometimes but not often and it is expensive. If you want fish and chips there is a restaurant opposite ten times better.
The music is an awful and unnecessary distraction and the tables are rarely cleaned after people leave. The whole place smacks of someone who has opened a restaurant but can't really be bothered. They get customers because they are there and the biggest but that's it.

Poor service, one bar member on for massive queues, slow, managers floor walking and not assisting bar staff who look stressed out and miserable. Should make your impending trip a happy one really. Ridiculous prices but, thats airports, i accept this. Been here loads of times but every time, I feel the same hence this review

Heard bad things about this place but have to say I was served by the Amazing Tom. Could not ask for a better barman. Really attentive to customers needs and knows how to pull ..... a pint.
Tom really made my stay worthwhile.
