I can’t believe how they can get so many Uber eats orders wrong. Most times missing items or drinks have fell over in the bag. To top it all, you then get an alert from Uber eats saying that the next mistake might be refused for a refund. It’s not Uber eats, it’s McDonald’s that can’t get the order right. How hard can it be.
Came in the store on Sunday to be welcomed by such an amazing gentleman. Was not the typical staff a tall Asian young man that stood out when he spoke from the rest
You need more staff like this so well spoken and so greet full. times are hard and currently challenging and when greeted like this its like a breath of fresh air
I recommend this branch over any in Leicester. Unfortunately I didn't grab his name but keep the excellent work up young man ..
Thought I'd have a McDonald's regrettably, so went to the drive thu. Fries were warm although the chicken sandwhich was hotter. Asked at the pick up for the receipt, as the bag was open and it wasn't on the outside, which is good practice & looks neat. The young man glared at me, so I looked in the bag, saw something white and said 'oh it's in the bag', which he didn't respond to, just continued to glare. When I got home the receipt wasn't in the bag, I had seen the sauce, which he had asked me if I wanted, which is positive. I didn't ring to make my thoughts known, because I've tried before and the phone wasn't answered. Please let the young man know a smile and a response may have prevented this review
Was spoken to very rudely by the lady taking the order in the drive through. Have used plenty of times before but never have I been asked "what" when the person on the other side could not hear me and then to be told "well I did say sorry" when I challenged the poor customer service. This branch has gone down hill over years. I'm sure it's a franchise and if I was the owner is be embarrassed if my front of house staff were like that.
Will not be returning to this branch would happily travel further....
