Hi just like to say thanks for a great night.
Meal was excellent, you’re staff are a credit to you could not be more attentive especially Beth and Becky. We were a bit nervous when we received an email to say the main act had changed but the Ragdolls were excellent they gave it their all throughout the evening. All in all a great show.

Thank Ray U

Booked a table for my girlfriend's birthday and when we turned up they said they have only got 2 chefs in the kitchen so food is 45 minutes delayed.... Very very bad

Went for the dinner and show, dinner was really good quality and service was great.
The comedy show was really funny with some good laughs only downside was the seating, we were sat on small really hard single chairs, not comfortable at all and after a while my bum went to sleep even though they had a interval between each act I found it really uncomfortable and very difficult to relax. I would not go again.
The comics were great though! same about the venue.

We have just come home from Blackpool after an Easter break. We always visit The Viva when there as we love the entertainment. We have eaten there before and always found the food enjoyable but service can be slow at times. This time we didn't eat but pre ordered a bottle of wine before the show. My partner also ordered other drinks on arrival. Our wine arrived but when the others turned up one drink was missing. We mentioned this and the waiter from our table said he would ask and find out. After ten minutes we saw the waiter who had served us going round serving other people. My partner went to the bar and the order for the missing drink hadn't been taken so he got it from the bar after another 15 minute wait to be served. Nobody came back to explain and I found the customer service very disappointing. We will go again as we do enjoy it here but think training of staff needs to be addressed.

Booked as a surprise for my moms 50th Birthday! We booked a dinner & a show with the celebration package we had seats right the front. It was the best place for food who had the most gluten free options & food was just delicious! We were shown to our table, then the preordered drinks arrived then fantastic food & we were glad to find there was table service throughout the whole show which we used all night. The show was magnificent my face hurt so much from laughing & hands hurt from clapping the acts! How talented they all were! We had an amazing evening here & will be back again. :)

Thank Katyia
