It was a fun few hours... but you spend most of the time in a queue. Once you’ve done a ride it’s done! £40 I thought was a lot of money to spend to continually stand in queues. This was at Easter.. I dread to think what it would be like in summer time!

I used to go to Blackpool Pleasure Beach as a kid and I always remembered it well.

Recently I went with a group of friends from university after visiting one of us that lived near. We all had a great time and for £22.50 per person, you get a lot for your money. Pepsi Max and Valhalla are two musts!

Kids all had a ball but it was too expensive. Non riders shouldn’t have to pay to accompany their kids.

We visited Blackpool Pleasure Beach on Monday 2nd April 2018 and were extremely disappointed.

The "earliest ride close time" was advertised as 7pm on the Pleasure Beach website, and we therefore planned a visit to the Tower for the morning, on the basis that we could enter the park in the afternoon and enjoy the rides until the closing time. Unfortunately, we arrived at the Pleasure Beach to find that the closing time had been changed to 5pm. This time was changed on Monday morning, meaning that anyone who booked online would have done so under the guise that the park would be closing at the 7pm time displayed on the website.

As season pass holders who travel 5 hours to visit the park, we are extremely disappointed to have lost out on 2 hours ride time. I am not too sure what the reasoning for this was, as the weather conditions were just light rain.

Unfortunately, this combined with the terrible handling of the removal of one of our favourite rides, the Wild Mouse, means that Pleasure Beach is not an appealing park to visit currently.

A shame.

Pop down to Blackpool to have a quick look around we decided to go to the pleasure beach. Think it’s absolutely disgusting you have to pay to going to look around. Think it should be free to go in and look around. As if all sweet stores and restaurants or not they can have enough money in there. Definitely buy the tickets online as a Family of five could cost you nearly £250, and children over the age of 12 are Classed as an adult which is disgusting. Think very carefully before you go there as it will cost you a fortune.
