Wonderful stay! After a horrible first night at a different hotel, we decided to stay here last minute.
Very clean and spacious room, beds were very comfortable, great facilities. Breakfast was spot on and not expensive.
Girl at the check in desk was so friendly, this hotel literally turned around what could have been a dreadful holiday for us.

Third visit to this hotel, purely based on location, convenience for parking, and price. We stay as a family when visiting Pleasure Beach. It depends on your standards & expectations, but for me personally I could not manage anymore than a night or two here. The rooms are clean enough, but they are shabby & dull. On this visit, 2 out of 4 mugs in room were badly chipped, remote control had no back on it, light on back of bed did not work, ceiling light was temperamental, there were little holes in kids sheets and some old stains on duvet. Not sure I will return again as I prefer a certain other budget hotel chain, but as I say, for location, convenience and price, this is hard to beat!

Room tip: If you can't get a space in hotel car park, there is another car park, right next to hotel and some free spaces running up the road if you are lucky enough to get one.

Return today from a weekend here. Despite the weather being mixed we were still able to get about and had a notable stay. Now about our stay, we arrived parked up several hours before check and managed to get one of the last remaining 4 spots. Access from the car park into the building was via a door in the car park. First impression although the reception area was small list it does the job well. Spoke to reception explained that I was early and that we had parked in the car park. I was advised on check in time and off we went. We returned at 4 after check in had open and proceeded to check in. This was easy and explanation of where the room was was given. At the booking was made during Covid at that point they only had a continental breakfast but this was upgraded to full English without any issue. Our room was lovely small but big enough for us, bed comfort overall a decent night sleep. Following morning we went down for breakfast. We were given an explanation of where everything and told if we needed anything further to just ask. Throughout the stay the staff were friendly, approachable, polite and nothing seemed too much trouble for them just wish my stay was longer

Comfy beds, great showers, friendly staff, good location. Price you cant fault. It’s excellent & we took our dog too. Just the cleanliness in places needs looking at but overall I would recommend this place
