The room work Martina view was perfect clean, big enough and had everything we needed.
As returning guest we was recognised, and made to feel very welcome at reception which started our stay with a smile.
Staff always have time for you.
Breakfast was just what you need, enough to start the day. Hot and tasty.
We will definely be returning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Travelling for work is seldom fun, but when hotels charge silly amounts for food as well? I realise a profit has to be made but at who's expense?

Meals during covid are difficult, and I know the one third two third principle of food may go out the window. But £6 for a £3 ( at best ice cream)

Having stayed in different hotels as a key worker I can honestly say holiday inn have nailed the covid check in and breakfast process down. The front of house staff in Hull could not be any more helpful and professional if they tried. Checking in was excellent with all social distancing maintained as was breakfast which you collect (full English) if you want and eat it in your room. I appreciate this is not perfect but after staying in another well known chain where you got naff all it was appreciated. The hotel also offers an evening meal to be delivered to your room which again is excellent. Top marks to holiday inn and again your staff were brilliant!!!!!!!

The rooms are clean and spacious.
The location at the marina is perfect.
The staff in the restaurant are simply the best and made our stay.

We had breakfast and tea for our full stay and would recommend doing so. The food is hot and tasty. Having an evening meal then a stroll around the marina.
I will definely 100% stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Felt safe due to the COVID-19 safety measures that had been put in place. Easy 2-3 walk across to the centre of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants.
