Absolutely stunning display. The poppies were beautiful. The cathedral was just amazing, so many crooks and crannies to explore. Will be revisiting most definetly

One of the great cathedrals of England with much history. The world famous Mappa Mundi is housed here. This is a map of the known world in the 1300 hundreds. Also currently on display in the weeping window poppy display. There is also a café for teas coffees etc.

The Weeping Poppies Exhibition was on.. Awesom, and so poignant a sight.. A must see...on until 29 April. The Cathedral is beautiful, and has the Mappa Mundi there..another must on that bucket list. Lovely City...old and historic...some lovely little shops, and some cobbled streets..and a trip down to the River..nice Pub on the waterfront.....so what's not to like? Had a lovely meal 'Hunters Chicken' in the church next to the Cathedral.. lovely setting...nice staff...and very clean. Upper balcony, with view down, best place to sit...(has toilets)..

We spent a lovely few hours here. The Glass Poppies were great as was the Mappa Mundi. The chained library was quite intriguing. Topped off by a guided tour of the cathedral itself. Thoroughly enjoyed!
