Lovely place for an evening meal with friends. Fab food, big portions with lots of choice. All served up with a fruity glass of red!

Just ate at the country kitchen Cheltenham. Food and service were fabulous. A quirky place with staff who genuinely seem to care that you are enjoying the experience.. We shared the wild mushroom starter- a taste sensation. I had a terrific rump steak and my wife had a very tasty curry as main courses.. way to full for a dessert but will definitely go back to try them... go there, you'll enjoy it..

Popped in for afternoon coffee and a dessert. Waffles are amazing and great portions. Enough for 2 to share. Coffee is fabulous and is relaxed and staff are friendly.

Downside is at 3pm everything felt rushed. Place was closing and the dragging in of notice boards and tables from outside and the mopping of floors and tidying was noisy and we felt pressure to hurry up and leave, doors being closed and chairs being put on tables etc. Mop from the mop and bucket fell over and was left and simply stepped over. Eventually we picked it up as it was an accident waiting to happen with all the rushing around and commotion plus customers could have tripped over it.

Recommend a visit for earlier in the day when hopefully less chaotic and rushed.great find.

Had to wait an hour for my mobile phone to be repaired and popped round the corner and found this lovely cafe , I only popped in for a cup of tea but ended up having a fab cooked breakfast! I could not eat it all as it was massive, the waitress was great and really made you feel at home , I am going to try and pop back for lunch one day
