We stayed 3days. We surprised for the beautiful garden in hotel! we could be relax in the garden. Breakfast is very delicious! They made special size breakfast for small girl! Thank you very much! Room is good sense, but a little not clean. It is a little bad.

We stayed at the Wyastone for 21 days when we moved to the UK. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) were welcomed and made to feel more like friends/family than guests. Lydia, Natasha, and the whole staff were always around to make sure we were as comfortable as possible, and they made allowances for us to store our bikes and some extra boxes we shipped to ourselves from the US. They were happy to have deliveries from the local restaurants or local mail come to the hotel and deliver them to our room.

I can't recommend the Wyastone enough!

We stayed at the Wyastone over the bank holiday weekend and had a fantastic break. Lydia (the hostess) was able to accommodate our very early arrival and made our room available, which was greatly appreciated. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were excellent and generous. The room was comfortable and really nicely decorated, if a little warm. There was a fan in the room already though, which did the job nicely. There’s a well stocked bar with plenty of gin, and a lovely garden to relax in. Can’t wait to go back again.

Having stayed at this location 2 years ago, it was a surprise to be virtually personally welcomed by the hostess. We arrived a little early, but nevertheless, were able to leave our luggage on site while we renewed our memories of shopping and eating places in Cheltenham. While we were discussing our requirements, we were invited to move to the lounge where the hostess delivered a most welcome cup of tea.
A different room this time, but it was just as well set up as our previous experience. Breakfast was made to order - well cooked and well presented. Pricing might be slightly higher than average, but the whole experience made it well worthwhile. Great location with parking on site. We'll be back!

Room Tip: If you have problems lifting heavy luggage, request a room on the ground floor or 1st floor.

A lovely boutique style guest house/hotel, beautifully maintained, Lydia the owner was charming, as were all the staff. Excellent location.
Breakfast freshly cooked Room nicely furnished, very clean, well appointed and charming, we were in the main house.

Room Tip: We had a quiet room in the main building overlooking the terrace 3 widows for fresh air as no a/c - but it wasn't hot during our stay.
