This hotel is run by friendly and helpful staff. The room with a view over the seafront was really comfortable with great walk- in shower, better quality toiletries than usual and coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was cooked to order with plenty of variety, (the avocado on sourdough with fresh smoked salmon was particularly delicious but many other options were available) and even served earlier than advertised on days we requested. The breakfast room was well laid out, light and airy and had an area for relaxing with a coffee on one of the couches as well. We had booked 4 rooms for a conference and had great feedback from all our party. I would recommend Room with a View wholeheartedly and we will be coming back on our next visit to Brighton.

We arrived to a warm welcome and, although we were early, we were able to leave our car and walk into the city centre which was no real distance. A Room With A View is very convenient for most of Brighton and especially the Laines and The Pavillion. The room was clean and tidy and breakfast was exactly as needed to start the day.

We stayed her to attend a gig at Concorde2 and were delighted with our visit. We booked room 11, one of the rooms with a private roof terrace offering fantastic views of the Palace Pier and Brighton Sea Front. We arrived by train from London and walked to the hotel - about a mile if I recall. There is no lift/elevator but the view from the top floor was worth every step, clean room, comfortable bed. Perfect for Concorde2 music venue and the pier. ADD in the breakfast on arrival if it wasn't included in your rate - it was 10 pounds each and well worth it. Can't wait to return to this hotel and explore more of Brighton.

Room Tip: If you don't have a problem with stairs, get a private roof terrace room -

Great place to stay. Only few minutes walk to pier, shops and restaurants made it an ideal location. The room was lovely as were the staff and breakfast. The inclusive parking was also a real bonus. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Brighton

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend of 23rd March. The B&B is ideally located just a short walk from most places you’d likely to want to see in Brighton. We received a friendly welcome on arrival. The accommodation is very clean throughout and decorated well giving the feel of a luxury boutique hotel. The rooms are well thought out, comfy bed, good quality refreshments and luxury toiletries,The robes and slippers add a lovely touch to a relaxing break away. The breakfast was great,The parking is in front of the hotel and is free if you book direct. We would definitely recommend staying here and will return next time we head to Brighton.
