What a great way to spend a few hours. Liz welcomed us and gave us an amazing amount of information about the Alpacas while we stood amongst a group of them eyeing us with curiosity. We then went on to walk the animals, having one each. The Alpacas were very calm and walked happily with us for quite a long time, each one showing off their individual characteristics. It was great to be able to interact with them so closely, and how Liz was able to remember all their names was remarkable. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The animals are really cute and inquisitive but placid. The owner was very welcoming and very informative - we learnt a lot. Taking the animals for a walk was pleasant enough and there were some nice items in shop. A most enjoyable visit.

The rain held off long enough for the family to enjoy the experience of walking with alpacas. Some members had reservations, but they were soon allayed by the introductory talk. We had the thrill of seeing a newly born alpaca standing up for the first time, within an hour of being born. The actual walking bit lasted about 1 hour, the first hour was spent learning about the animals. At the end of the walk there is a shop selling products made from alpaca wool.

Went on an Alpaca Experience here today. Got to find out loads about these wonderful animals and then the real fun of taking one for a long walk. Liz knows loads about her flock and obviously cares about them deeply. There were three others on the tour as well as me and my daughter, and we all got an alpaca each for the walk. Highly recommend this as something to do with older (teenage) kids, had such a good time and will definitely be going back soon to do it again.

We had a good time here learning about the lovely alpacas. How Liz knows the names of her 100 alpacas I don't know!
The experience was fun and the group of people we were with were fine. Liz was informative and polite.
I did feel that the walk could have been a bit longer, and although we were a family of 3, only 2 of us got given alpacas, so we shared. I think for the money you pay, every person should get an alpaca. Just be aware that you might not.
Had a good couple of hours though and would recommend.

Many thanks for your review and feedback, we're so glad you enjoyed the afternoon. For those considering our Alpaca Experience, please bear in mind that we have to cater for all abilities, some find the walk too long or a bit much, so that's a difficult balance! And we have plenty more alpacas, so please don't be shy when we ask if one between two is enough! We hope to see you soon. Best wishes Liz
