The poor customer service doesn't justify the price of nearly £200 per night.
We stayed here for two nights. In the first night there was no heating and all we have been offered was an extra blanket as the only extra oil radiator was broken... this after we had a family room with an extra bed that had the extra blanket already. The worst part is that we met another couple who were there with 2 nights before us and this was the third night without heating, so they knew about the issue and didn't had the initiative to do nothing about it for 3 days.
The restaurant has a very nice view. The breakfast is not fabulous as described on booking.com.. very poor limited selection. No fruits, no pastries.
The dinner... food an average a bit expensive and the service extremely poor... when you see the restaurant manager or supervisor we thought was the tall guy that served us, coming to the table with the digital massive pad stuck in his pants kept by the belt, never seen this style before.More
