We booked 2 kids onto the zipwire. Both kids have asd and the staff were absolutely amazing with them. I need to thank Sam, who was fabulous at keeping an incredibly anxious teen calm and allowing him to experience something he’d been wanted to try. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. The kids said it was the best thing they’d ever done. We spent all evening watching the videos. Great experience

Hanglooose have absolutely thrilling activities and was really well organised - lots of staff were on hand and there was almost no hanging about, we got to do our activities straight away.

Did the skywire and gravity and absolutely loved it! If I had more time I would've tried the other activities as well.

The place was quiet when we went but I'd expect it to be busy during the summer, book well in advance!

The skywire was not as scary as I expected but you get a great feeling as you float over the Eden project. I had a hard time keeping my eyes open in the gravity swing :p

We had a great time on the Skywire, 2 adults and our 9 year old (check the minimum weight as he weighs 35kg and wore a 5kg weight vest to meet the 40kg min but this increases if the wind picks up).
There was a mix up with our booming as we booked for 12 when we arrived at 11 and having waited around for an hour we were then told we were booked at 1300 so another hour wait which was a bit annoying but they did apologise and I think the season had only started so perhaps teething problems.
My 9 year old absolutely loved it and we all felt very safe with the safety gear.
We definitely recommend it and if we return to the area we will certainly be back to try the other things they have.
