Close to Whitewater ski resort and downtown. Clean and affordable. Only downside was that the room was fairly small, but it was very clean and easy to access - big plus for ski gear! Downtown Nelson has some great restaurants too!

Lowest rate in Nelson, for the night we stayed there, nicely renovated room,no problem keeping it warm. Parking lot ice control well taken care of.Nice and quiet,no road noise at all.easy to get to downtown.

Room Tip: rooms on north side quieter

Glad you enjoyed our renovared room. Fortunetaly no guest has to ask for an upgraded room as they all have been upgraded, including the kitchens! We hope to welcome you again on your next ski trip!

I know this hotel is going through renovations, bed and washroom were clean and comfortable, would’ve appreciated a curtain on the bathroom window. However the living space in the suite smelled old and was very uncomfortable. The “couch” aka futon from 1999 could’ve been replaced a long time ago. Left with the impression we were given a less desirable suite due to having a dog with us. Team of staff was very friendly and helpful and appreciated how quick they were to get the Peking lot cleared!

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the older couch. The reason that couch has not been replaced yet is because we couldnt fit the new couch through the door. In the meantime we have replaced the flooring and the kitchen in all rooms including the one you stayed at. So your next stay should be even more enjoyable. Havingt hat said, we have no designated pet rooms. We hope to welcome you again in the near future and I promise to find a solution for the couch.

Loved our stay, in room microwave, fridge and dishes made our ski weekend a breeze. Can't say enough good things about coming off the mountain to our private jetted tub and warming up after a long day in the cold. It was so nice not to get into a public hot tub with all the chemicals and other nasty human products. Room was super quiet, we even slept with the window open and had no problems, which is a big complement from a light sleeper. The room was well appointed, clean and updated.
