I can't say enough good about this hotel, great staff and very comfortable beds and very clean. I would not stay anywhere else when I'm in Brockville. The breakfast also was very good. They also have a Wednesday night barbque at no cost which was really good and unexpected. I would to thank the girl that was very helpful to us with our luggage, carrying stuff for us and opening doors.
We have stayed here a few times. All the staff are great, from the front desk to the maids and the breakfast lady. The free breakfast has many choices, and the afternoon cookies and popcorn are excellent. It is also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We will be back
Sad to say, this place is not friendly to the handicapped. Also my wife slipped in the pool because there is no anti slip strips on the steps going into pool. A hazard . And management did not care about us. Go elseware if possible. Rooms are tight but what can you do. Pricy place for what you get. The one great thing is the breakfast and the lady looking sifter the dinning room.
Stayed here during a hockey tournament. What a joke $250 a ngt for a 2* run down hotel. You should be ashamed of yourselves! $100 next weekend. See pic of door. You heard EVERYTHING in hallway. Not even the slightest attempt to seal doors. Doors SLAMMING non stop until at least midnight. Never again using Choice hotel.
This is a very good hotel… clean and comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was also very good and lots of choices…I certainly recommend this place as it is also well situated…staff was friendly and helpful. I will certainly come back………………..
