My partner and i enjoyed our stay at the manor - Guy & Craig were great hosts! The location is lovely, and we loved our room. Breakfast was also wonderful. We definitely plan on coming back in the future!

My wife and I stayed at the Craigleith Manor and really enjoyed a peaceful getaway. From the immaculate rooms, to the gourmet breakfast, we were NOT disappointed. Guy went out of his way to make us feel welcome and safe, especially with COVID-19 procedures and precautions. Craig set out stunning floral arrangements throughout the home. We would highly recommend this B & B to anyone looking to get away from the city, spend time with nature and enjoy a breakfast of culinary delights.

Great hospitality, exceptional breakfast, 5 accommodation our room “The Mountain View” highly recommend! The views this time of year were breathtaking and you have the Georgian Trail right off the back yard! Our hosts Guy and Craig where very knowledgeable about Collingwood and area towns great dining and adventure recommendations.

We were so excited to have our stay at Craigleith B&B! The house and property are stunning, the food is unreal and Guy was such a wonderful host. Everything was very clean and we felt very comfortable staying even in our post COVID world. All safety precautions were taken and certainly did not take away from the relaxing and calming environment they have created. Access from the backyard to the Georgian trail made hiking easy! I can’t wait to return!

Thanks Lindsaydsin,
We are very pleased that you felt safe. The house is so large and with only 6 guests when we are full you rarely encounter anyone. It is very easy to be COVID-safe here. Small is better in accommodations right now - for sure.
The Georgina Trail directly behind our B&B is truly a gem. It's great that you had a chance to enjoy it.
We look forward to your next visit.

Cheers,

We had an absolutely lovely weekend at Craigleith Manor. We arrived on Friday for a birthday weekend getaway. Guy gave us the grand tour and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the forest suite which offers a private balcony, en-suite bath and queen bed. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Beautiful crisp white linens with exceptional pillows. (Note: These rooms are individually climate controlled which is perfect!) The home is nestled on a private wooded lot minutes west of Downtown Collingwood. In my opinion, this home is not walking distance to downtown which was exactly what we were looking for. It does however back onto a very popular walking trail. It is well groomed but quite busy. We suggest the trails off the main path. It was breathtaking with the fall colors. This home is very private and quiet even though the b&b was full. It was spotless and Guy took extraordinary measure during the new normal of Covid. We enjoyed breakfast outside during the first day and inside the second due to windy weather. The menu on your bed the night before is a great touch, and was something we have not experienced before. May I suggest to choose carefully and not everything on the menu as he WILL deliver. Not sure I really needed all that amazing food. We have stayed at many B&B’s and this will go down as one of our favorites! We had the pleasure of enjoying a social distance glass of wine with Guy. He’s a great guy (no pun intended) with interesting stories. If your looking to enjoy Collingwood but away from the hustle.....this is the place! Without a doubt we will definitely be back. Cheers!

Room tip: I didn’t see the other rooms but ours was perfect!

Thanks Gary,
We are so pleased that you had a great birthday weekend.
Our B&B is perfectly situated away from the busy downtown area of Collingwood and we chose this property for that reason. One a dead end street, next to a tree lined biking, hiking and walking trail with only other large executive homes as neighbors - it is very quiet. Yet, only 10 minutes by car to all the excitement of Blue Mountain Resort, Collingwood and a few minutes further Thornbury.
Thank for for sharing a glass sof wine with me after my grdening chores that Saturday - it was exactly what we all needed.

We do hope you will return - you folks were great fun.

All the best,
Guy, Craig & Rufus (woof, woof)
