I had the pleasure of spending 3 nights here in November 2015.
The rooms are large, well appointed, some with plunge pools.
Dining is a joy, with great menus, and a friendly staff-- so ready to please. As we were sitting outside, it got a bit chilly and they brought a shawl and put it over my shoulders!
The breakfast buffet is one of the best ever, with Western, Chinese -and Dai offerings.
Dai is the ethic people in the area.
If you have the opportunity to travel to this area in China, don't pass it up. Beautiful mountainous area, ethic people, and clean blue skies.
