Hotel is on the top floor of a department store. Probably chinese owned, since its a retail store downstair and elevator from side lobby. Rooms are big and looks new, basic stuff. Chinese made hotel furniture. Feel safe and clean. McDonald nearby and brief walk to city commercial area.

We have used this hotel while we got stuck on the way to Banaue and were just fine with it. It is cheap and convenient. On the contrary its smelly, creepy, noisy and dodgy. So you could probably do better.
The hotel was central, and convenient to several department stores, The staff were competent and friendly. However, there was no toilet rolls supplied, I had to ask for one to be brought to the room. Other than that, it was an excellent travel experience.
