Super clean, staff are very helpful, food is yummy! Kudos to Kuya Matt of housekeeping, super bait and always there to help with our needs. To front desk also. Quarantine days felt like a staycation during this stay.

considering the circumstances Grand Hyatt team did the very best to accommodate and give support and assistance, top service and naturally friendly. the food although in boxes was excellent and the menu varied and healthy but tasty cuisine.

All is smooth and beautiful place for my 7th days quarantine. I home next time. I you accept a people going to quarantine. Place ask/ or give a lot off food . Especially filipino people . Need a food from as.. not only a overseas food . Cause not all Filipino/kababayan eat the from other country

You will feel safe from any virus when you stay in Grand Hyatt Manila. It is indeed a first class hotel with friendly staff and good food! It's too bad that not all amenities are available because of current government restrictions but we still enjoy our stay in our room! I wish I could stay longer.

We will definitely be back!

The hotel amenities and facilities are new and well mantained. Staff were very professional and friendly. Our family enjoyed our stay despite the bad weather bec all we need in the hotel is available. A nice bath tub for my son and a hot tub facility and gym for the parents!
