Me and my boyfriend had the best time. It’s the perfect way to explore the nature side of Thailand for people who are not all too adventurous and like comfort. Even more so if you’re lucky enough to get the fantastic tour guide Tony, who went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy, comfortable, hydrated, safe. Also he was very focused on making sure no one would miss anything exciting to see while we were on our way - a monkey we were passing by in our kayak, or a tarantula leg somewhere in it’s deep dug whole. Me and my boyfriend also tend to forget taking pictures, but not Tony. He made sure everyone had at least a couple of cool fotos. He was also super chill about people skipping an activity here and there. Even though we did it all, I like the feeling that it’s up to me and not having someone forcing me to participate. It was a great easygoing experience while still having the sense that you had a true adventure - we booked the jungle lake safari (3 days, 2 nights) and both the camp on and off the water was great. I highly recommend it - even if you spend the rest of your Thailand vacation on the beach, this safari will truly give you the feeling you’ve been in a different world.

A super three day trip, very well organised and very educational.
We particularly went to see the elephants, which we did on day one, to wash and feed them is a great experience, one that will stay with you forever. Over the other two days we did some great stuff, longboats, canoes, swimming on various visits and even a jungle trek. The camp was great, food superb and the tents like home from home. Our guide for the 3 days, Linda, was very knowledgeable, helpful and kept us in line in this unusual place.

Room Tip: The water based tents are 1 hour away from the main camp, check your booking if you want to stay in one.

Me and my Friend stayed 2night/3 days on an excursion with Elephant Hills. The whole experience was amazing, educational and fun. The first day we visited the elephant sanctuary, where we gave them their dinner and medicine, washed and learned about the them. The rest of the time was spent traveling through the park and "camping" the tents are luxury accommodations, on the lake. The cave walk was hard but fantastic and seeing the monkeys early in the morning was fab.. so glad we added this to our trip

We did the 2 night jungle/lake tour during our 2 week holiday to Thailand. I’m so glad we did it. The scenery is stunning. It’s my favourite part of our holiday. The camp is very comfortable and clean with great food. We were looked after so well by our guide Sam. The elephant experience was brilliant. The lake is beautiful and quiet, very relaxing. My husband did the jungle trek to the bat cave which he enjoyed but said it was quite a hard walk uphill in the heat but worth it. Steaming across the lake in the long boat was fantastic. The views are unforgettable. This is a very beautiful natural part of Thailand. We survived with no air con and just fans for the 2 nights! You won’t be disappointed.

First of all we were picked up by a taxi at 08:30 from Khao Lak and arrived perfectly on time. Then when we arrived at Khao Sok at camp, we were greeted with sparkling apple juice as a nice refresher from are journey and got given our tent key. We were in tent 66 downstairs, there were three of us so there were two twin beds pushed together with a camp bed for the child. We went to their elephant sanctuary and we were in Linda's group, she was an amazing guide. We stroked the elephants first, and they tried to steal some food from the kitchen, then we fed them, our elephant's favourite was pineapple. This activity was very good. We went back to the taxi after to get back to camp after watching a video about the elephants, we had lunch when we arrived back. After that we had a break and went on some yellow inflated canoes were someone drove it for you and you went down the river finding animals. After that we had a break. The canoeing was really relaxing. Then we watched a clip about the elephants again, after that we watched Thai girls dance. There was also a cookery tutorial that we didn't watch but it smelt amazing. Then we had dinner there were so many options every night. The following day we, woke up and went to the market on the way to the lake camp. When we got there you could either hike or relax, one of us chose to hike and 2 chose to relax. The relaxing included staying on the pontoon, swimming in the lake or canoeing. The hi,e was apparently amazing if you like hiking they saw bear scratches engraving the trees, a snake and many more. After a while we ate dinner and had a game night at the pontoon bar. The next day we went on the canoes or kaiaks I don't know which around the lake to see the animals. Then we had lunch. Before we went on the canoes we had a delicious breakfast. After lunch we went on the boat back to the port. From there we got on a taxi to wherever our hotel or airport was.

For the people that couldn't be bothered to read all of that like me, the best activities were canoeing both times, relaxing on the lake, the elephants and the hike. All of the views were the most beautiful places ever. It was a great experience with great staff. I definitely recommend this place.
