We have visited last month and we cannot recommend this place as its just a waste of money. Yes a lot of money considering their accommodation rates versus the kind of service they are providing. Lack of safety protocols againts covid-19 and their staff is not wearing the protective gears properly where we feel a bit uncomfortable. The one we thought was a conceirge who welcomes us is also working in a restaurant which has a lot of direct contact with other people/guest coming from the outside as their restaurant is open for public. Maybe we are just more concern about our health. Who knows? Their main pool is not working and other pools are also dirty, when we complain they started to fix it but we did not had the opportunity to enjoy it until the time of our departure, as they are still working on it. Free breakfast tastes really bad and we did not actually enjoyed it, ended up ordering a chargeable one which taste a lot better. Over all, we did not had a great time here and we feel unsafe staying in this place! instagrammable spots are present though.

Went here for lunch a year before, staff was so snobby. My mom asked for a coffe they said they were out. But when the poshy guest near us asked for coffee they gave them right away their coffee. And now we booked 1 week earlier but the day when i informed them that we are on our way they cancelled. Without an email or an information the day before. I have job so i took a leave. The place is wonderful but the staffs are terrible.

We LOVED our stay at Cintai!

1. FOOD - 8/10 - I read a lot of negative feedback about the food but I think they already made improvements! We had pad thai (husband's fave!), Batangas lomi (not particularly special BUT great nevertheless), tuna, and Cintai house salad (SUPER YUM!!!). SUMAN WITH TABLEA SAUCE IS DA BOMB

2. AMBIANCE - 20/10. That's it. You need a place to relax and get away from everything? Go here.

3. STAFF - 10/10. Hands down. They are VERY attentive and very friendly.

4. FACILITIES - 9/10 The massage was not spectacular and a bit too pricey for the quality. But everything else was perfect. There was also an open mic during our stay, unli videoke y'all! Had fun singing while drinking Blue Lagoon. It was far from the villas so no worries.

5. LOCATION - 10/10 - Very much accessible from Manila (1.5 hrs from Taguig) but when you get there, it feels so secluded.

6. VILLA - 10/10 - Very spacious, very beautiful and clean, no TV (yes!), all basic amenities provided. Villas are far from each other so privacy is 10/10!

2D1N is NOT enough. We will definitely be back and recommend the place to our friends and families. :)

Great place for a short family getaway! Beautiful place to relax and enjoy with the family. The beautiful architecture really made us feel like we were in Bali. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Sherlyn who was very cheerful and welcoming. Overall, the entire family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We loved the place. I chose it because of its nice reviews here in tripadvisor. It is indeed Bali-inspired resort garden altho already showing its age, Statue’s paints tarnished and some of the places/pavilions/theater room were already old rotten wood smell. Nice to see and feel the warmth of most of the staff except the lady during breakfast who insisted that we should avail the buffet breakfast for our kids which we opted at first (cheaper than ala carte) but due to limited choices and all of the viands have soy (foods to be avoided by my two sons), we canceled.

Nevertheless, we enjoyed the place/amenities despite few flaws e.g. poorly maintained mini zoo, pavilions (my kids felt eerie feeling inside), and theater/game room (by the way, you need to bring your own game, lol; movies downloaded 2018/2019) because of the smile and courteousness of most of the staff. They will try to please you in every corner/place you will visit from gardener (they gave my mom seeds and plants), waiter/tress (initiate to take pictures in the resto, will give all we asked with smile), baggage assist (even alone, he took all our belongings), and anyone you bump-into will greet you.

Mostly, we enjoyed taking pictures. The four (4) pools (Main, 2 kiddie and 1 adult) were all well-maintained. Main pool (5-6 feet) was freezing cold, so my kids and my husband stayed in the kiddie pool. We did not try their mini-golf course. Altho the leaves “unli”falling, staff tried to keep the place clean. A lot of big spiders along the trails going to-fro our villas but we enjoyed watching them.

It has a total of 18 Villas, terrace villas has two-comfortable queen beds, with receiving area outside, sliding glass door (no screen, so expect mosquitoes going inside the room), all furnitures and wall decors were also bali-inspired. They are not so strict on the number of occupants (we observed some of the villas occupying more than the maximum required guests). It has a mini-ref with affordable refreshments. By the way, erratic signal inside the room and no television. You can have better wi-fi connectivity inside the Abadi Resto (the only resto inside and along Leviste, Balete area).

The Abadi resto offer ala carte menu for breakfast, Indonesia’s Nasi Goreng and Beef rendang as well as Filipino cuisine e.g. Bulalo and sinigang. Quite expensive but worth every penny. You have to try Nasi goreng and rendang. They have breakfast buffet depending on the occupancy (usually weekend), my mom enjoyed their fried tawilis; and weekend lunch buffet at 555php.

Overall, while we astonishingly appreciated all the bali-inspired works of art during our entire stay, however, I suggest if you’re a night owl, this is not the place for you coz definitely there’s no nightlife here and there’s a little bit of eerie feeling inside and outside the villas and everywhere inside the resort. Definitely, despite a fee of 1,700php for a day-tour, we will come back but we will stay overnight elsewhere. Kuddos to all staff
