Stayed in a Villa for 6 people. We brought balikbayans in this resort to give them the Filipino feel once again. The place looked better than the previous visit that we had. Lots of improvements seen. (Stayed in the beachfront hotel before.) the beach and water is cleaner. But it was raining when we went there so we were not able to tour around our guests. Check in was fast and smooth. It was a weekend and there were a lot of visitors. The room we got was 1- bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, around 26 sq. meters. Once in, the room reeked of seafood which was probably the lunch of the previous occupant. No towels were provided and we had to ask. Customer service is a bit scant and getting hold of someone would mean getting out of your room and going down to look for a personnels there is no telephone provided. Food is ok and cost is not as steep. All in all ok but need to improve on housekeeping especially in the villas where guests are allowed to cook food. Will definitely go back.

when I reserved this hotel I find it so nice on internet. When we arrived we were so happy because the home hotel were very nice !!! so we were happy, but when we arrived in our rooms our smile falled...rooms so old, bathroom old and small. Staff no professional at all, the can't explain us all things we can visit.

I came with my family and took 2 deluxe rooms with a view during our stay. The resort, to say the least, was satisfactory but pales in comparison to what I expected the resort to be and certainly not worth the money.

With a great view, a roster of water sports and good food, I wonder why the resort doesn't feel like it is providing its best. The rooms felt bare. It has a small kitchen and refrigerator but upon entering, you will feel like there is a lot of wasted space in the middle of the room. The refrigerator wasn't maintained properly and ended up giving problems to us and the air conditioner doesn't make the room as cold.

I have no comments about their water sports since there was a typhoon when we arrived. We opted not to engage in any of these activites but it felt fun. The spa was good, but again, it might be just me but the design of the building felt off for me.

In the entire time that we were in the resort, the people were friendly and they all smile a lot but the system involved underneath it all and the actual service needs some work. Overall, the trip was ok but it could be better.

When my kids saw the floating water park of this place online they begged us go here to play. Rooms at the resort were too expensive for us so we stayed in Tagaytay which we really enjoyed as we hadn't been to a mountain town in the Philippines before. We payed the day fee to use the resort so the kids could play on the floating water park. Day fee's are quite high, especially when the bathroom near the waterfront area was super dumpy and unusable. The floating water park was a huge hit even if they had to wait for lifegaurds to take breaks. And the lifevests they were given were super old and closures kept popping open. For the entrance fee price they should provide nice toilets and life vests. The pool was nice. SEveral big huge pools. Basketball courts were fun. Food snacks were good. Didn't stay too long as kids were tired after their hour on the water park. The water was a good temperature. The kids said the waterpark was the best one they've been on. A bunch of the handles were torn off on places where they needed to climb up. The resort didn't feel very well maintained. Go now, because in a year it might be too run down.

Thank you for your review!

We are glad that you and your kids have enjoyed our Aqua Park, our pools which are recently converted to a chlorine-free salt-based system, basketball courts and our food in Terraza.

Though you have enjoyed it, we regret that your recent experience with us was not its best.

We fully understand your sentiments and we are currently working on the things that we need to improve on. These concerns have been forwarded to the concerned department for their immediate action.

We hope that you will give us the opportunity to be of service to you again in the not too distant future.

Went with family to celebrate my and my daughter's birthday, and the trip sure made the occasion more special!

Location: Easily accessible via Star Toll Tanauan Exit. I guess the only downside is that there are no working ATMs at the time of our visit. There were only two machines near the resort, both were offline. Make sure you carry some cash for whatever purpose it may serve. But the resort accepts debit and credit card payments.

Resort: huge! They have several Balai buildings and detached villas for bigger groups; 3 swimming pools; chapel; and a number of water activities. Found a lot of instagrammable areas.

Room: stayed on Balai Recto and the size of the room was just right for 3 adults and my 6-yr old. Came with a balcony. Towels and toiletries were replenished on our second day.

Customer Service: REALLY SUPERB! This is one of the resorts I've been to where every staff you bump into smiles and greets you, attentive to details and easy to talk to!

Restaurant: breakfast buffet was included in the room package. I liked thay they had a variety of options. Not being a big eater early in the morning, you can opt to have toasted bread or waffles or cereals instead of rice.
