We just stayed at this hote for Velentines day, since we had a smartbox and needed to use it up. The hotel room was just like the pictures on their website (super clean, spacious, and amazing view). The spa was very modern and offered a perfect variety of experiences. The customer service is great, making the atmosphere so welcoming. There was a discrepancy in price because before booking they had assured me that prices wouldn’t be raised for Valentine’s Day, but then ended up charging an extra fee on our bill. As soon as we caught it, though, they took care of it right away, honoring their original word. The welcome aperitivo was fantastic and elegant and overall it was an exceptional experience for a great price! The only negative things I can say is the heated pool wasn’t warm enough for me and the room was too warm. One of my favorite things about going to the spa is the wonderful shower products you get to use when you’re done at the spa, but unfortunately they only had 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash, no conditioner. That being said, if that’s the biggest problem I could find in a place, then I consider it a great experience!

I had a reunion here for 4 1/2 days with 11 other friends from around the world. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Because we wanted to spend the bulk of our time together, we were ok with the hotel being a bit secluded. It’s about 7km from Tivoli. I know because I jogged it with a friend one morning. Our group also took an excursion into Tivoli one afternoon to see Villa d’Este.
So, why the “Excellent” review? First, the staff was hard-working (especially the food service staff!) and accommodating. They were patient with our changes and attentively met our needs. Second, the place was beautiful inside and out, and the rooms were comfortable. Third, the food was tasty and had quite a bit of variety. Fourth, the spa was nice. My friends and I had a good time going from the sauna to the jacuzzi to the salt room to the snack/water table to the steam room to the 3-step shower thing. We went three times during our stay! We got a little loud at times. Sorry Green Park staff! 🤗 Fifth, and finally, I was glad the hotel had a gym. It was small, but it has what I needed for my short visit. With all the food I ate, I had to make sure to exercise. Lol.
In brief, my friends and I truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Green Park Madama. We created lots of memories there.

Great stay in a gorgeous location, we arrived a bit early and were allowed to check in which was great as we wanted to go into Tivoli for the afternoon. The guy on reception was incredibly helpful and gave us some tips on what to see when we get to Florence. Room was clean, bathroom a decent size...just remember to point the shower divertor head away from you when turning on the shower 🙄. Would advise a car as it’s a good 15 minutes drive to tivoli. Good public rail service to Rome from tivoli station, and if you park in the big car park by the cafeteria, it’s free. A visit to villa gregoriana is a must. A beautiful gorge filled with stunning waterfalls and vistas. Free to national trust members. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

I absolutely adore this hotel. I stayed in room 501, which is a single room. For a single room, it is a good size. It has an en suite bathroom, which is also a good size. My favourite part is the balcony, which looks out over breathtaking views. There is a table and chair on the balcony which I enjoyed using early in the morning and in the evening. It was nice to sit and relax and enjoy the view. It is a clean, crisp, modern room and I enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep for the 3 nights I was there. There are two plug sockets in the room and a safe. Soap is provided in a dispenser by the sink, and hair and body gel are provided in the bathroom. Towels and a shower cap are also provided. A facecloth is not provided so you’ll need to bring your own. There is a comfortable bar area where you can enjoy a drink, as well as outdoor seating where you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Evening meals are nice. There are 3 courses and you get a choice of two dishes. Breakfast is also nice and there’s plenty of choice - eggs, bacon, breads, cheese, ham, youghurt, pastries, hot drinks and juices. The only reason I’m giving this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the extremely poor wifi connection. It really is terrible. Myself and my fellow passengers kept losing connection or not being able to connect at all. I would certainly recommend this hotel though and would certainly stay here again.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left everything was brilliant. The staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough to help, the location is very quiet with fantastic views. The breakfast was super with many choices. The only slight downside was the road up to the hotel, many potholes especially after heavy rain when you cannot see them! In Italy it is normal though and one of the few things that lets the whole country down!!
Definitely stay here again especially as they are having a new spa installed.
