2nd time to book during my birthday. Its a pet friendly hotel, with pool and slides. Kids have fun and its near beachfront. They have griller free of charge, they also have a mini store if you need to buy somethings. The place is near some restaurants of ypu need to add some food in your plate.
First of all, i would like to thank to all the staff of Orlando's Beach Resort, for being responsible to their customers.
It is hussle free when it comes to check-in and implementing safety protocols, that i most like about Orlando's Beach.
We had a great experience staying at Orlando's Beach however i notice that some amenities in our room are not enough, i would like to recommend to have towels prepared for their customer, i also notice the slow connection of the wifi, the lost signal of the television, and the lack of floor mats.
It is indeed have an affordable fee, tho it also doesn't mean that you'll limit the amenities of the resort and making the television and wifi trash.
I hope you'll consider my recommendation and feedbacks. i'm looking forward for my second booking in this resort soon, and i hope my feedbacks and recommendation matter from this resort (Orlando's Beach Resort).

Just want to share how cool and relaxing this resort. We stayed there with my family and we are very satisfied, from the time we checked in the staffs were very accommodating and they will welcome you as if you were their family.
They also have unli samgyup during weekends which is a plus 10 for the superb experience😊😊

I booked last minute, the pictures looked ok. I thought I was going to get a quality room, however when I got there, the first thing the receptionist said was that I should upgrade my room because it didn’t have a toilet or aircon! I agree to upgrade and they wanted double the price which I paid. I got to the room and was horrified. It was a tiny room with a small bed and a very small toilet which was built for a child, no lid and dirty, no shower. I was so angry. How dare they charge 3000 php for that room! I immediately returned to the reception and asked for my upgrade money back. They were reluctant to give it to me and tried and make lots of excuses. Eventually they agreed. I knew I wouldn’t get a refund on my initial booking, but the room and Hotel facilities were so bad, I couldn’t stay on principle. Even the swimming pool had no loungers and no where to sit or relax. My wife and I drove to another hotel nearby who charged us 3,300 php and oh my god it was an excellent hotel with a beautiful room and fantastic facilities.
I have traveled the world and stayed in many hotels over the last 30 years. I have never had to leave a hotel and forfeit my payment before. Take this as a warning, don’t go there!!!!
