This is an awesome beachfront hotel. The staffs are hospitable and very kind. The pool was okay. The room is big too . The free breakfast is ok.
The beach a WOW, no gravels, just pure sands.

the resort itself speaks for itself...it's nice and very quiet place to relax and unwind especially for us who work with a fast phasing life... we need to slow down and relax...It's a perfect place .... Suites are clean and linen are very clean Food was amazing and staff friendly, as well as the room service....
Definitely will come back to this haven :)
For those who have pets and intends to bring their pets with them please be informed that they charge Php 2500 / pet inclusive of a regular pet bet and a bowl of dog treats and yes they don't have pet-friendly pools.
The main purpose of our stay was to spend time with our dogs. Clueless about the charge, I brought 3 of my small breed dogs with me. I was aware that they charge pets but I wasn't expecting that it would be that expensive as they do not specify the details of their charges on your booking; on their website; or even their social medial accounts. It almost felt like they intend to deceive people. It's OK for them to charge but could have been nice to specify charges beforehand. I was able to haggle to charge only 2 dogs or else the charge will be more expensive than our family suite.
Kudos to the staff (except the supervisor) we were able to enjoy our stay. They are very welcoming and accommodating they even played with my dogs when they have time.
Wrong price quotation given. Only 2 fruits available in the resort. Food was so so. Servers were great but reception lacked proper customer server training had to speak to 4 different people to have them explain the discrepancy in the contract to what they are asking me to pay very inconvenient.
This luxury resort lives up to its name of being a luxury with a very nice ambiance and cozy environment. But the resort needs to implement some rules and limitation to ensure sustainability and proper maintenance. There are no pool rules, anyone can just jump in the pool without taking shower first. Anyone can swim wearing non-swimwear even cargo pants and jeans. On a positive note, the staffs are really attentive and courteous to the guests. Life guards are always present. The rooms also need regular check up and maintenance, some room doors are a bit rusty they are already getting stuck making it difficult to open. But the rooms are very spacious. Food is nice, but a little pricey. Don't mind the beach anymore, waves are huge as ever as La Union is a great surfing area. Sands are dark and a little dirty. Coastal clean up is necessary. Overall, stay is great a for a day or two nights stay, more than that it gets a little boring even though in-room televisions and wifi connections are available.
If you want a quiet place with minimal activities and relaxation or private group meetings, this is the place. The pros are great coffee bar, spacious rooms, good sized beach, nice dining area w good views of the beach, good service. The bar facilities are adequate and food acceptable. The cons are WiFi did not work, isolated from main road or nearby business, rooms not fully prepared, such as no toilet paper until new supply arrived; was given tissue instead. Left over trash in closet from previous guest. We had to clean ourselves. Room safe did not work and was given another safe but not bolted down so anyone could just walk away with the safe and our valuables. Water activities insufficient to accommodate multiple guests such as 1 jet ski only. I would prefer not to stay there again since there is nothing to do and too far away from sights or business.
