Staffs are very polite, friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms. Yummy foods! The ambiance is so relaxing. I have nothing left to say. Watergate hotel is the best hotel in Butuan City! Salute to this team. Will definitely go back!

My second time to stay at Watergate Hotel. They have clean and cozy rooms, accommodating and helpful staff, a very nice swimming pool and great customer service. Their restaurant also serves good food. I would definitely recommend for everyone who visits Butuan City to stay here.
iI don't have words to explain how amazing is the staff in Watergate. we expend more than of 1 month in this hotel for an emergency surgery in Butuan and their hospitaly has been incredible. They have treated us very well. The hotel is great, the pool, the rooms and the food in the bar is the best that we have tryed in Philippines, but without a doubt the staff is the best. Thank you so much Watergate.
