I visited Caramoan with my family weeks ago and stayed here in CK-Inn. The inn offers a decent and comfortable place to stay, they offer food that showcases what the place has to offer (instead of fancy, so-metro meals) and in HUGE serving quantities! Dining was the next big thing next the tour itself. Kayaks were also brought during our tour so that's kayak-all-you-can with no extra charge.
The inn staff are courteous and hospitable, the owners (Arild & Gigi), who happened to be there for a short vacation since both are based in Sweden, are very hands-on. Their place has plenty of room for improvements. Currently, they just have the 2-storey building where the rooms are and the native hut as dining area. Some houses are also in the area which I guess are used by the staff and relatives of the owners (it's a sort of family-run business). Don't expect (yet) a resort-type of environment, just imagine you're staying on someone's remote beach-side home. According to the owners, they are planning to build new structures (ie rooms, bar, dining area) late 2012 to continuously improve their service. I am definitely looking forward to this!
Visiting Caramoan through CK-Inn is all worth it!
