Dear Beefcake565,
We're so pleased you enjoyed your stay and that you were able to get in early to watch the pre-game warm-up and festivities. As a Marriott Rewards elite member, we value your loyalty and try whenever possible to reward that loyalty with an upgrade. It is not often that a baseball viewing room is available during regular season, so I'm delighted we could make it happen for your family.
We hope to see you again soon.
Best Regards,
Andrea Copeland

We requested an early check-in by 11 and knew that this was not guaranteed. But what upsets me is that people that came after us their rooms were ready. Don’t know how the system works but I waited over 2 1/2 hours. I spoke to another agent she said that the rooms with a view to the ball game was being cleaned first. Anyway she promised to call my cell when our room was available...which she did. Overall things worked out, We were upgraded to a two floor suite. Great location if you’re watching the Blue Jays game. Go Jays go

Dear Cristina I,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. There may be a delay experienced at check-in if your particular room type is not ready upon your arrival. Although we try to accommodate early requests, it is not always possible. I cannot say for sure why your room was not ready before another. There are several reasons and variables as to why this could happen. It could be that a different room type was reserved or perhaps mobile check-in was used. We do prioritize all stadium view rooms on game days, knowing that these rooms are reserved for the purpose of seeing the event. Despite the initial delay at check-in, I am pleased to hear that we were able to get you into your guestroom before the guaranteed check-in time, and into an upgraded room. I hope that the remainder of your stay exceeded expectations and that we will see you again in the future.
Best Regards,
Andrea Copeland

We went to the Blue Jays home opener and stayed here. Very nice place to stay and very cool that it is attached to the stadium. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: We were on the 7th floor and had no city noises. The elevators are very good.

If you want the most unique baseball experience imaginable, staying in a field view room is it. I could go on and on about how awesome it was, but just look at the pictures. My kids lost their minds when we first saw the room. That alone made the trip worth it, but being able to watch the game and what happens in the stadium overnight was also really great.

We stayed in a city view room the first night, and it was terrific, too. But this place is all about the stadium view experience. I can't figure out why this hasn't been incorporated by any other teams. I've been to 20+ baseball stadiums, sat on the Green Monster, done Wrigley, enjoyed the view at PNC Park, went above the mile high purple row of seats at Coors Field, opening day at Yankee Stadium, the Crawford Boxes in Houston, the bleachers at Dodgers Stadium and more. But this might have been the best of all them all.

Staying in a stadium does come with some idiosyncrasies. There are workers in the stadium around the clock. They use leafblowers to clean up all the trash left by fans. But if you close the windows you can barely hear them. The lights never go completely out so it stays pretty bright. Close your blackout curtains and you're fine. We left the windows and the blinds open.

The staff was excellent. The stadium view restaurant was great. The pool was huge. The gym was nice.

But if you're a baseball fan, there's just nothing else like sleeping in the stadium.

We celebrated my mother's 84th birthday in a Junior Suite at the Toronto Marriott during the Jays Home Opener Weekend, and it was Fantastic! Four generations in the recently renovated 2-storey suite made it super special. There was plenty of seating of various heights to enjoy the Jays game in comfort, with plenty of room for all that four generations can pack in, including strollers and play pens! The room maximum was 15, but we had four babies/toddlers in addition, and still had plenty of room to relax.

The room was very clean and well supplied.

We have stayed before and were very happy to see the pool and fitness areas have been updated. We took advantage of the opportunity for an early morning swim and Jacuzzi. Terrific.

We all felt thoroughly spoiled during our stay, and the hotel staff were very accommodating from check-in through check-out.

Thank you Marriott!

Room Tip: Rooms with field view for Toronto Blue Jays games are only available through the hotel reservation department directly.
