My daughter dictated the food court portion of this review: "beautiful surroundings, favourite food outlets". For my part would add, food court is clean and choices are varied.

From the shopping perspective, there are no full service restaurants (other than East Side Mario's) and shopping selection is limited - would have been very useful to have a grocery store/supermarket there. May be when Sears finally clears out the mall would be able to bring something like that in.

Overall, pretty good - part of a Sunday routine with the family.

It was your standard shopping mall. Easy off and on the main highway, it was clean and the clientele was nice. Lots of decent stores. Plenty of parking.

Foodcourt is very small, but thats alright. Timmies also was on the way. People were pilled at the entrance because timmies is located right by the entrance.

I have been going to various Lone Star restaurants for over 25 years. Usually it is reliable, and now that I do not eat out as much, I prefer to go somewhere reliable. It did not work out this time. The service was friendly and the food was good, but for some reason they ran out of utensils. This was probably a rare occurrence, and when we - eventually - spoke to management we were assured that it would not happen again. I have to give credit to management for taking the issue seriously. But it was a bit of a let down. I was looking forward to the salsa and nacho chips, but it is no longer free upon arrival and has to be ordered and paid for. And is it common that places that serve steak make you ask for the salt and pepper?
