My Fiancé and I stayed at the Fallsview Marriott from June 5-7. Upon arrival we left our car with the valet service which cost $35 per night.

The agent who handled our check in was polite. We arrived about an hour before check in and were informed that our room wasn’t ready, which was not an issue, so they offered us a room with two queen beds on a lower floor. We politely declined but moments later the agent let us know he had a King Suite available. We were given our keys but had to ask him to give us all the vouchers and credits associated with our package.

When you walk into the room you have the bathroom with a nice large Jacuzzi that looked into the room. The large window had a fantastic view of the Falls. The room itself was quite dated especially the carpets and furniture. The room had two chairs facing out the window and they were very worn and outdated.

Cleanliness was an issue. When we first came into the room we noticed there was a bunch of hair in the Jacuzzi and the same issue in the bathroom. The windows were very dirty along with the window sill.

They say it takes 10-15 minutes to get your car so they recommend you call ahead. Due to it being a busy weekend we experienced 45-50 minute wait times for our vehicle.

On the second day, we went for a massage at the spa located on the lower level. The Spa was modern and the RMTs did an excellent job.

Both mornings we had breakfast delivered to our room. It always arrived on time and the server was very friendly. Due to the warning of long wait times for check out on Sunday we left early and had no issues.

Thank you for staying with us and completing your review. I am glad that you were able to enjoy the view of Niagara Falls from your room, however please accept my apologies for the cleanliness of the room and the delays you experienced with car retrieval. I have shared your comments with our Director of Housekeeping and I can assure you retraining to ensure we are meeting Marriott Standards will occur. Unfortunately the large convention at the Scotiabank Convention Centre caused quite the disruption with traffic in the area and delayed the access to our parking lot. We will be working with the Scotiabank Convention Centre to alleviate the traffic congestion for future events. We hope you will stay with us on your next trip to Niagara Falls.

We stayed there for one night according to reviews & tips I would've gotten best view of we stayed on higher floor, so at check in we asked for higher since he was only offering 5th floor. Turns out we had to pay extra money to get higher floor despite of what we paid online for fallasview room. I wonder what he would've givens us. 3 stars for views that I got from 22nd floor

Thank you for staying with us and providing us with you review. I am sorry that we were unable to exceed your expectations on your recent stay. On your next trip to secure your room on one of our higher floors I suggest booking one of our Superior Fallsview rooms as they provide spectacular views of Niagara Falls. We hope to see you again soon.

As we travelled from Australia we new that the likelihood of us visiting Niagara Falls again would be slim, so we wanted the experience to be memorable. I selected this motel purely for the layout of the room overlooking the falls. I was nervous that the rooms windows would be small or dirty and the view would be minimal. This motel exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Niagara Falls a truly memorable experience. The windows were large and clean with the two lounge chairs and coffee table in front of them a perfect layout. We sat there many times when we were in our room. We enjoyed having a spa after doing a lot of walking during the day. The bathroom was well designed with a separate toilet and shower. We had a fireplace in our room but didn't use it. Would highly recommend this motel and the Fallsview room.

Room tip: We had king bed with falls view

We drove down for a night and were impressed with the view of the falls from our 9th floor room. The room itself was gorgeous and had a hot tub and gas fireplace, although there was only one armchair at the window overlooking the Falls. After a long day travelling and exploring the area around the Falls, it was ideal to be able to come back and watch the light show from our room.

Room tip: Request a room on a high floor for the best views

The view of the falls from our king room was spectacular! I found the room up to Marriott standards being spacious and well appointed.

Of course when looking at hotel dates & rates, weekends rates (Fri & Sat) are higher in Niagara Falls. We stayed in the Courtyard on Sat ($102++) & Sun ($84++) and then moved to the Fallsview Marriott on Monday. We booked the King room for $135 and then were upgraded (because of Marriott Platinum status) to a junior suite.

Room tip: All rooms have a view of the falls!
