We stayed there for one night. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The building is fairly new and well maintained. The breakfast had the typical variety you get in chain hotels that include free breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We travelled as part of a group for a weekend event. There were other groups at the hotel, so they were busy. We booked an extra night and so didn’t run into problems with rooms not being ready on arrival - but numerous other people did. One of my friends indicated her room while ready was not satisfactorily cleaned. It was re-done but still.
Breakfast was ok - limited choices though. Coffee was weak :(
Note that groups are able to reserve the breakfast area at night which can preclude the ability of others to socialize. Overall-my room was clean, good location, third floor very quiet.

Visited with friends and booked 2 rooms. Rate included breakfast. Limited items (no potatoes), but okay. Close to 2 ski resorts. 1 hour from Blue Mountains. Only problem was hallway sounds are coming from front door. It could disturb your sleep.

Stayed 1 as an overnight on the way to resort.

We booked last minute on booking.com as the hotel had good reviews and reasonable rates. Reception was fast and efficient with no issues.

The room was clean and tidy and the shower excellent after a long flight from Australia.

The room had not been pre heated so took quite a while to warm up. Not unreasonable as we booked late but would have been nice if they could have turned on the heating.

The reception was 24hours and manned and friendly at 2am when I went hunting for coffee and food (jet lag). Tom Horton’s is directly across the road and selection is poor at 2am, but at least it was open!

I saw some comments saying the breakfast was very good. I’ll agree to disagree. The breakfast was ok, but a very long way from good. My suggestions to improve include keeping hot food hot, adding a proper coffee machine to make cappuccino etc and having proper cutlery instead of disposable plastic ivied, forks and plates.

Acid test, would I stay again? Probably, although I would almost certainly try some other options also to see if they are better.

Spent two nights and three days for business. It was my first stay. The room was cozy and very clean!

The location was convenient for my travel within the area. Central point for Barrie and Innisfil.

Although I didn’t have time for the breakfast options, it looked appealing.

Looking forward to my next stay!
