Myself and 3 co-workers went on the Railtown tour. Our guide (Julie) was great. Very informative and great food. It is the right combination with a little bit of history, opportunity to go to 5 different places, good healthy food, and a little walking in between to get ready for the next bit of food. I would highly recommend this tour to friends or for a work function.

Hello SueVancouver,

Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate the review. So glad you enjoyed the Railtown Urban Eats tour with our fabulous guide Julie. Railtown is the next big trendy Vancouver neighbourhood so it's interesting to see it now before it becomes a tourist hub like Gastown. Great history, cool brick buildings, and independent businesses make this area a unique Vancouver 'hood.

Thanks again for the review and hope to see you on another tour in the future!

Bonnie

I am an independent travel consultant/tour operator from Indiana and recently had 31 clients and myself experience this awesome Off the Eaten Track Tour! Bonnie was absolutely awesome to work with from beginning to end. She added so many extras to the tour to make it extra special for my clients...she met me at the hotel prior to the tour to pick up a few "props" I brought along to add a little extra touch to one of our stops. Bonnie tweaked the tour to meet a few requests I made. My clients asked me many times how I found out about this tour ... they loved it! The tour was definitely a tour that I would not have been able to do on my own. It was unique, offered so many fun and facts about the area and provided great food and drinks! If you are looking for something different that will provide a behind the scenes view in Vancouver then this tour is for you! I highly recommend Bonnie and her staff to dazzle you! You will not be disappointed one bit! TERRIFIC! HIGH FIVE BONNIE! Thank you!!!
If you are looking for a tour that won't be duplicated and where you have the opportunity to add your own personal touches then this is the tour for your group!

Always figured Railtown was the "wrong side of town", but charming tourguide Julie changed my mind. Delightful restaurants that were a real eye-opener. Thank you!

We enjoyed our short "ice cream" tour in Railtown, Gastown, and Chinatown! Four stops were involved, and all presented unique and delicious ice creams. I would have perhaps enjoyed a few more stops, and samples were not particularly large, particularly considering the cost of the tour. Our tour guide was very nice, and gave some nice background about the area, while trying to find out more about those on the tour as well. Overall I would recommend, but would not call it any kind of a "must" when visiting Vancouver.

A fun afternoon
Four of us did the Railtown with Julie. The food was delicious, the places we ate were all very different and Julie has lots of interesting information about the area that we never knew. She was a great guide, we had a wonderful afternoon, would highly recommend it.
