Few issues with the cleanliness of the room. The ice bucket tongs had some kind of wing sauce all over them. The bathroom was not fully clean. Other customers hairs found in multiple spots in the tub and shower and around and in the sink. We used the pool for an hour and it was delightful. Warmed floors and towel shelves made the experience so nice. Heat blasting from the ceiling was nice too. One complaint (if I can even call it that) was the hot tub was too hot. Probably 106 or 108 rather than the advertised 104... something to look into as too hot of a tub in an already hot room makes it unenjoyable. Will return of chances arose.

Hotel was great - had small issue with temp control in the room but a planned one night stay ended up as 3 nights as we found it to be a great value - very clean, very COVID aware - didn’t use the pool or facility due to our scheduling but staff where top notch, friendly and went out of their way to meet any request we had - definitely would go back on next trip to that area

Stayed her as I was moving into town. Very good value for the rooms and they let me extend several times. All great staff and very clean room. The restaurant on the main level was quite good and I got vouchers with my room which got a very good breakfast. Even with out. The breakfast was a great value 10/10 would stay again

This is a well-located hotel with tons of amenities and a comfortable layout. Room was clean and spacious, bed and linens were very comfortable. Manager and staff were friendly and helpful and obviously working hard for their guests. We travelled during the pandemic so things were quiet, but they still had the pool and fitness room open with bookable time slots - impressive. We ate breakfast in the lounge and the food was good, not great, but the set up and service were great. In another time we would like to come back and check out the shopping stroll area.

This hotel is great for its conference center. They have nice guest rooms as well as conference facilities. There is a lady's store you can shop in and a few dining facilities. There is a liquor store in the parking lot and you can walk to some stores in the area.
