Front desk staff were very courteous, efficient & helpful. Miette room offered lots of space for visiting with our travel companion. Facility is older but quite well maintained. Accommodation rates at this resort town are generally higher and this facility offered reasonable value for the price.

A lovely hotel with great rooms, parking, and breakfast. Close enough to walk to Jasper's downtown, but distant enough to be away from the hustle bustle. Would love to try the hot tubs once Covid-19 is over.

Overall a good place to stay. I can definitely understand the noise complaints that other guests had. We could hear the people above us but they weren't loud so we had no issues. The hot tub wasn't open so upgraded our room. Was it worth the extra... well not really but to have the jacuzzi tub after 2 days at Marmot Basin made up for the cost.

The hotel room we stayed was out dated. The room is clean but since all things are old, which made us feel its not clean. we can also hear the talking and laughing in both rooms next to ours. The only thing good is their grab and go breakfast.

As with many older hotels, renovations occur in stages. We have renovated all our rooms one section at a time. The room in which you were staying was renovated. However, there are indeed more recently renovated rooms. We had slotted a large section of rooms and suites to undergo renovations last year. However, with covid restrictions it was not possible. We hope to be able to continue with our original plans this year. We hope you will be able to stay with us again after renovations.
