We came down to work remotely. We had a three bedroom residence. It was beautifully appointed. Amazing outdoor space. The service was top notch. Eventhough we worked while we were there, we came back refreshed

Had an amazing week in Cabo at the residences. Stayed in unit 1522 and Guillermo was our butler and Trinidad mostly our cart/bellboy. I forget our maids name (starts with a M), just the sweetest and made me cute towel animals daily. Top notch service and always available by text or phone. Covid protocol is nothing like the states, it’s not even close. Rooms sanitized daily if requested, temp checks, foot baths, masks in public spaces and social distancing in restaurants. With the new covid testing order starting Jan 26th we were some of the first guests for testing. Resort did an amazing job with scheduling and cost. Took 10 mins from testing to results for 6 of us. No time out of our day and so simple. Had a hiccup with our daughter getting severely sunburned due to her medication, Guillermo sent a doctor in 30 mins, get prescription delivered in an additional 20. They take care of your every need, or want. Had a relaxing stay and felt safe. Don’t hesitate to visit!

We had an incredible two week stay in the private residences and absolutely loved our time. We even had a dedicated butler who took care of all sorts of details to make our stay the most comfortable possible. This is an incredible service that the resort provides. We were also very impressed with all of the Covid precautions that Mexico and this particular resort are taking. We felt incredibly safe and were able to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I would highly recommend these residences.

Had a great stay at one of (if not "the") best resort in Cabo. Our room was exquisite and the staff was great.
Our stay was made even better by Josue our room attendant.
The only negative experience was with the owner's update where we were fed a bunch of bs trying to get us to spend money on an upgrade.

This is my second visit to Hacienda Residents. It was like returning home. Our Butler Josue Garcia, Maid Yeini, and Bellboy Jaime were outstanding! I would also like to take the time to say how much it is appreciated that every staff member takes the time to say hello or good morning. This is absolutely the most beautiful place and people I have ever seen. Can't wait to return!
