We went with a party of 18, mostly pensioners, and had a wonderful time.
The rain stopped for an hour or two and we were able to look around the farmyard and we were lucky enough to see a lamb being born.
The farm was easy to get around and we could see the animals easily. There was the chance to hold some baby chicks and other furry animals as well as looking at the other animals.
Many of our party had a great time wandering around the motor museum and as we are part of a classic car group this went down very well.
The cafe served some good quality food and was a nice place to go when the rain started.
We would definintely like to visit again, hopefully in the summer.

Best for people with small kids but fine for the whole family. Easy close access to animals with the option to buy feed to make it even more fun. Adequate parking. Small farm shop and lovely tea room

Visited with three generations. The staff were lovely, animals friendly and approachable. The cafes menu is limited but good quality and very competitive prices.
A local gem that we’ll keep going back to!

Although we were freezing it was great to see all the animals and the lambs and piglets that had not long been born.
The guy in the shop/admissions was really nice and friendly.
The only bad thing I can say about this place is it is a little expensive, it isn't somewhere we could go reguarly because it cost us £27 entry. Grandmother, Daughter, Adult Grand-daughter and two year old - because of the cost it would have to be planned in advance we couldn't just say lets nip over to Stonehurst. I do think the pricing should be restructured a little.
Apart from that everything was good, weather cold but not the farms fault.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
