So there is no TV, no fridge in the room. But that's just because you're supposed to go there and chill and relax, and they did a great job. You can borrow snorkelling gear for free and check out their private beach. Or just lay beside the pool with a good book. Their restaurant was the best, delicious dishes, great cocktails, and at a bargain price!

I'm very happy we chose Granada Beach Resort for me and my husband's 4-day Cebu trip. We needed a break from the busy and stressful life of the city and we got that very-much needed peace at Granada.
From the very moment you step your foot in their resort, you'll feel their care right away and their passion to give you the best stress-free and relaxing experience.
Here are some of the things I loved about Granada:
- their staff speak English very well. They are very attentive
- their free breakfast is so good.
- you could borrow their snorkeling gears.
- their private beach is clean and quiet.
- you get a beautiful view everywhere in the hotel.
- their massage area makes you feel like the massage bed is on the water. The sound of the waves are just so calming.
- massive rooms
- drinking water everywhere
- food at the restaurant is so good! we didn't have to go out and find any other restaurant.
Also loved meeting the owners (Lisa and Mike). Hearing their perspective of things and vision for Granada Beach Resort makes us feel so excited to come back.
Seriously, even in the city, it's so hard to find a service that could match Granada's level of service. They're the best!

We (wife and I) just finished our 11-day stay at Granada Beach Resort and must say it was an unforgettable experience.
The resort is located south of Cebu Island, 15 minutes away from Oslob's whale sharks and Tumalog waterfalls, having nearby supermarkets where you can do some shopping.
The resort is adults-only, so expect some quietness. The quality of the restaurant, with an international menu, and the attention of all staff will ensure you are satisfied during your stay.
Tours and excursions to the main attractions are offered on demand; tuc-tucs can also be arranged on site to get you into Oslob or Boljoon. A big plus is that the resort is directly located on top of a beautiful coral reef, making it a mandatory visit for those lovers of underwater activities (bring your PADI certificate!)
Rooms are spacious, comfy and we'll equipped, all facing the swimming pool. Bottled water is available across the whole place.
All in all, one of those rare places to be visited again.

I had a hectic schedule and holiday in both South Korea and Manila, Philippines prior to my vacation in Granada Beach Resort, Cebu. Therefore, I was really looking forward to a relaxing and peaceful stay at Granada. And this resort did not disappoint. I was truly recharged at the end of my stay, esp after a massage with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
My 5-day mini vacation was truly amazing and an unforgettable experience - from the cozy, clean, comfortable and spacious hotel room to the delicious and well presented meals and cocktails to the quiet quaint beach atmosphere, this resort is indeed a gem. Considering it is quite far from the airport, the owners managed to serve the highest quality ingredients. The staff is attentive to the guests and well trained. I often dine out in Canada and stayed at some of the best hotels including the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel and The Rimrock, and I can confidently vouch for Granada’s food and beverage as if you had ordered from a trendy restaurant or a 5-star hotel in Canada…The mango float dessert is a must!
These are some of Granada’s best qualities that stood out to me :
- strong wifi even in the room

⁃ Clean and peaceful surroundings
⁃ Deliciously well prepared meals and cocktails with reasonable prices

We’ve stayed here soooo many times since we first chanced upon it on before the pandemic hit. The staff and the owners are like family to us now. Granada is our SANCTUARY. Every stay is always a delight! The service is superb. The rooms are homey and lovely. The food is so good! Their desserts are my fave! The beds are so comfy! Their linens are 5-star quality. It’s just a super relaxing place to be, especially for a couple of busy bees who just want a quiet day at the beach. Oh, did i mention that they have a beautiful house reef?

We've become regular visitors at Granada Beach Resort, quite simply we can find no where better. Yet again we have relaxed in this peaceful, tranquil setting. Even though the resort was almost full, on many occasions we had the whole of the beach to ourselves. Who could ask for more. The service is always very good, and the new staff had obviously been well trained and indoctrinated in the Granada way. The restaurant and bar provide an intimate setting and commanding views of the bay. The food was delicious, presented in a top class way, and with the daily specials, offering plenty of choice. Housekeeping is always first rate.
For us, this small, very well maintained, value for money resort has everything we need for a getaway to remember. The owners remain dedicated to providing the best service and environment in which to enjoy. We've already booked for Christmas - it'll soon be here.
