Stunning hotel, with great staff. Leyda was an absolute delight! She was so helpful and other than the settings she was the best bit!
The room was very nice, with the outside bath being a highlight. Also, loved the candle light and easy access to the beach / other beach clubs
The Kin-Toh bar staff could have been more helpful. I requested a glass of water when feeling sick. They wanted money first and charged for a whole bottle (which would have been fine if they were nice and prioritised handing over a glass of ice water first) we were staying in the hotel and was not going to run away without paying.

Beautiful and stunning location. Ive never seen anything Azulik and their attention detail was amazing. Friendly staff and our personal concierge Maggy was quick to help at all times.
I loved it here so much i ended up extending my stay an extra night. If you are from the city and used to concrete walls, this nature based resort will definitely give you an unforgettable experience

Our stay at Azulik was absolutely magical. We stayed in a Mayan Villa with seaview. Beautiful is not even the right word for this amazing place ✨ 🫠
This Hotel is one huge piece of art. So much detail. So special.
Also staff has been impeccable. Very friendly present and helpful. Our Concierge, Luis Sosa, was amazing. So kind. So friendly. We were blessed to stay here. The jacuzzi with seaview is such a nice detail.
We will definitely come back and can only recommend this place to everyone who ever thought about it. Do it ! All bad reviews are simply not true.
Access to all places, restaurants, the museum, beach, lounges and sunset on rooftop bar all included for guests. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. You can take as many pictures and videos as you like. Nobody minds. The most beautiful Hotel I have ever seen.
